TXB0102: Help to check the internal pull up resistor value

Hi, my customer would like to know what's the value of internal pull up resistor in TXB0102 which we can't find in data sheet. They would like to know more about the driving capabiliy. The application is 400KHz I2C from 1.8V to 5.0V and they are considering using TXS0102 or TXB0102? thanks

Hi Helios,

The TXB0102 doesn't have internal pull-ups, but the TXS0102 does. The TXS0102 is actually the better solution for I2C (due to the internal pull-ups) and can handle 400 kHz.
