I am assuming you are referring to the SN54AC00 vs the CD54AC00.
I was able to locate our characterization data for terminal capacitance. We do not measure across temp or voltage, but only nominal conditions.
Testing for terminal capacitance is not an exact science, as setup with respect to ground can change results. The testing typically takes the probe tips from input pin to a ground pin. This would achieve different results if going from input pin to a ground plane mounted on a board.
Capacitance values range from 6.3pF to 9.8pF measured at 5V.
