SN54ALS273: sn54als273

Part Number: SN54ALS273

Can anyone tell me the difference between SN54ALS273J vs SN54LS273J?

What does the "A" mean?

Thank you

  • Nancy,
The LS, and ALS are logic families. The LS is low power Schottky, and the ASL is advanced low power Schottky.
They have similar features, with some specification differences.
