Our customer want to know if SN74AVC4T774 VCCA=VCCB=3.3V any risk?

or voltage drop range?

Hello Hugo,

There is no risk in doing that. As you can see in the datasheet, the switching characteristics are spec'd when Vcca and Vccb are at 3.3V.
