Could you kindly help to provide the DGV's outline Package, since from the datasheet there is not the describe about the package.

Btw, what is the different about  AVC and AVCH?

    Hello Luck Wu,

    Please refer to the datasheet of the SN74AVCH16T245. If you scroll to page 26 you will see the package drawing for the DGV package. The drawing only includes 24 of the pins but it gives you the measurements you might need.

    The difference between the AVC and AVCH is that the H represents the bus hold feature included with that part.
