SN74LVC2G241: max op. temp discrepancy

Hi,

I have been notified of a discrepancy between the max operating temperature under the recommended operating conditions section and the ordering section.

The first states 85C, the second 125C.

Which of the two is correct?

    Hello Alberto,

    It may be that the package was extended to 125C however all the specs mentioned in the datasheet are only applicable up to 85C.

    There would need to be different specs for 125C and that would only be possible in the next datasheet update.

    Please use 85C as the max operating temp as the datasheet only guarantees its specs up to that temperature. Do you require the device to be operated up to 125C?

    Update to my last response,

    This part _is_ 125C rated. Found an approved temperature extension that was supposed to have been implemented in the datasheet in 2013.
