CF4320H: Is there any document for CF4320H layout ? Also is ther any IBIS model for CF4320H?

Hello guys.

One of my customers is designing PCB board using CF4320H for their next projects.

Then they want to get any document discribes reference layout design and care points for routing. Also they want to use IBIS model for CF4320H.

Do you have any reference layout design, any care points document for layout, CF4320H IBIS model?

Hello Nakai-san,

We don't have an example specific to the CF4320H, however the design methodology is the same as any BGA device.

I forgot to mention - no there isn't an IBIS model for this device.
