I am looking to use LSF0108 for Quad SPI[Max. freq =50 MHz] level translation from 1.05V to 3.3V
Can you please provide a Reference Design with
1. accurate pull-up resistor values on either side
2. and the propagation delay from either side over Commercial temperature range [-5 to 55 deg C]

A reference design would require a large amount of infromation from you regarding your system. I would recommend instead watching the short video series on designing with the LSF family and you will get all the details you need to create the design yourself. These videos will hopefully also answer your question regarding propagation delay -- this isn't a typical logic gate type of device.
