TXS0108E-Q1: Using TXS0108E-Q1 SPI flash cannot be programmed

I'm using TXS0108E-Q1 as level translator and as switch to program a SPI flash. But the slave flash is not detected by the processor. Please find the below schematics. Flash is used for ISP. There is one more similar translator on same SPI. We probed on the 3V3 side but nothing is obtained. This issue is seen in some boards/ICs.

SPI frequencies varied from 512 KHz to 8MHz.

Hello,

Since you are saying that there is no output on the 3.3V side, please probe the signal on the OE pin. Is the pin being driven high properly? Can you also provide scope shots of the inputs and outputs?
