TXB0106: loop back

Part Number: TXB0106

Hello,

I generate a signal on A1 (1v8)  realise a loop ( B1 & B2 connected (3v3) )  and try to read the signal on A2 (1v8)

I can't read the value, anyone have an explanation ?

Thanks

Rod

  • In order to allow bidirectional communication, the TXB has deliberately weak output drivers so that other devices can override the signal level.

This means that the TXB is too weak to drive one of its own inputs. The TXB I/Os must always be connected directly to a CMOS input or output.
