TXB0104: TXB0104 output unstable

hi sir:

We had TI TXB0104 issue, please help clear it.

 

FI4’s signal (3.3V) through TXB0104 then output FI_4 (5V) but FI_4 waveform is severely deformed. (as below)

 

Please help clear this waveform severely issue.

    This looks as if the (parasitic) capacitance of your circuit is much too high (see section 8.3.3 of the datasheet).

    If you do not actually need automatic bidirectional translation, replace the TXB with a unidirectional or direction-controlled translator.
