I need to do some manipulations on power line of chip, particularly it is needed to measure the the consuption amps. But VSS and VDD are hidden pins.

How can be obtained an newer Spice model for this chip?

Based on this www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware , we currently do not have any spice model for this part.

As pointed out, we do not have the spice models for this device.
You could use other similar Schmitt trigger device models like the SN74LVC1G17
