    Hello Taki-san,
    We do not currently have a model for the CD4043B. We are working towards having behavioral PSpice models for latched devices, however there are some technical challenges since PSpice isn't really designed for digital circuitry. We expect to have at least some kind of model available by the end of the year.

    Is there a particular use case that you had questions about, or is there an issue with the function table of the device that makes it confusing?
