SN74LVC16T245: How to set data transmission from A to B?

Part Number: SN74LVC16T245

I am using SN74LVC16T245 as a level shifter (3.3V to 5V). The data flow should be from A to B but it doesn't working. Below is the schematic of the same.

Please suggest the changes.

Hi Harshal,

From the schematic, I do not see any issue with the DIR setting. Although, I would like to point out that the DIR is referenced to Vcca voltage levels but are overvoltage tolerant and can be tied to Vccb.

What do you see from the scopeshot? Are all the pullup and pulldown resistors populated and are signals open drain or push pull?

Is this being seen on only a single device or multiple devices? If single device, would you please try different devices to see if this repeatable.

Its working now. There was a problem with hardware connection.
