LSF0204D: Ibis simulation model

Part Number: LSF0204D

I have looked for an IBIS model of part LSF0204DRUTR but to no avail. Is there an alternative part which I could use as a drop in to simulate the buffer?

Hi Carlos,

The LSF0204D does not contain any active circuitry (ie buffers).

Thanks for the link, however I am looking at signal integrity and the buffer sits in the middle of a line, hence the request for

As I said, this isn't a buffer. I could try to explain how the device works, but the link I provided does it _much_ more succinctly. It's essentially a passive FET based switch... so the output will either be high-impedance or a short (~10 ohms) from the input to the output. The primary signal integrity concerns are also covered in the video series I provided.
