SN74AC373: output H before LE enables when start up

Hi George,
To guarantee a LOW state at startup, then you must force the LE input HIGH and the D input LOW during power-on. Once the state has been set (5ns after the supply has reached a valid state), then the LE input can be switch to LOW and the output will remain LOW.

This is typically accomplished via the system controller, however I could show you a logic circuit that will do the same thing (probably consisting of some logic gates, Schmitt-trigger inverters, and RC passive components).
