Yes. This supports open drain communication like MDIO.
What are the voltage levels and what is the datarate?

Thanks for the information.
1.2V==>1.8 or 3.3V for MDC(clock).
Just want to make sure is a suitable device for the customer.

Kevin,
1.2V to 3.3V or 1.8 to 3.3V is fine with LSF.
1.2 to 1.8V is achievable but would be a close to the margin of operation as described in the datasheet.
I would have suggested using the TXS0102-Q1 but 1.2V is not listed in the Vcca range.
