Hi,

Could you tell me about SN74AVC4T774 Switching Characteristics spec?
Which of the following influences is greater about the value of MINMAX?

・Individual variations of devices
・Voltage condition of VCCB

When there is no voltage fluctuation between VCCA and VCCB,
Customers want to know whether the range of MIN and MAX can be narrowed.
Could you give me your advice?

    Hi Tsukui San,

    I agree that the min values are very conservative( almost non-realistic).
    The max tpd is taking into account the temperature variations from -40 to 85C, as well as the process variation ( strong, weak, nominal). The Vccb variation would also be there but minimal as compared to P&T variation.
    The typical values would be given for nominal process at 25C would probably be around 1.5- 2ns.
