TXS0108E-Q1: On calculation method of VOL,VOH when adding pull-up or pull-down resistor

Application Report has the following description.

It is important to choose a large enough Rpu or Rpd to ensure adequate VOH and VOL levels at the output port of the translator.

Please tell me the calculation formula of VOH and VOL at pull-up and pull-down.

Pull down  : VOH=Vccx * Rpd / ( Rpd + 4k )
