What is the drive strength of the TDO pin, and does it have an internal pull-up? The datasheet only doesn't say.

    TDO has 32mA IOH and 64mA IOL current drive strength.
    As described in the terminal functions table on page 4, there are internal pullup resistors on the OE, TMS,TDI pins.

    Please let me know if you have the application diagram for this device.
