SN74AVC4T245: Logic Level vs Temperature

Customer's having cold boot issues with TMS320C6655.  We've identified and fixed the issue, but customer needs to disposition field units.

Can TI provide logic level (VIL, VIH, VOH and VOL) vs temperature graphs / data for SN74AVC4T245 level shifting transceiver?  We've noted a shift in device behavior from 25C to -20C.  It's important we understand the temperature relationship.

Please advise.

    Hi Mark,

    could you please explain the deviation of device behaviour?
    We expect the device behaviour to change with temperature and hence the datasheet spec have the min/max values which are given across temperature range. Is the device failing the min/max values?
    We have recently released SN74AXC4T245 device into the market, would the customer consider this instead of AVC4T245? Please let me know.
