Can you please advise if the SN74LV1T34 recommended for convert from TTL level to CMOS 5V level?

This device has TTL 5V inputs and CMOS level output.

Yes, the SN74LV1T34 can shift the voltage level from TTL to 5 V CMOS.

The SN74AHCT1G125 has the same characteristics at 5 V and would be slightly cheaper.
