    Hi Peter,

    Welcome to e2e.
    Please share the schematics of the circuit along with the scopeshots of input, output, and Vccx.
    The TXB0304 is a weak driver. It cannot drive high current or large cap loads. However, 2Mhz should have been fine for the device to work.
    What is the probe setting when you measure this?
