SN74LVC8T245: Please recommend a PN with better rise time spec [0.5-2 ns]

Hi,

Please recommend a PN which can meet below SPEC, My customer try to process the light sensing signals. they used to use SN74LVC8T245. thanks.

1. Signal frequency :50-100Mhz

2. Signal rise time 2-5ns, so the device need to support 0.5-2ns level.

    What are the voltage levels being translated? What are the loading conditions at the output?

    We cannot guarantee the operation beyond the datasheet spec, but with lighter cap loads, the rise time and hence the prop delay can be faster.
    however, the 0.5ns is too low prop delay usually for a switch type of device and not buffered devices like the SN74LVC8T245.

    The voltage of input signal is 3.3v and the output is 5v. the load is a laser. I understand the 0.5ns may be tough. please suggest the best we can do . thanks.
