Hi,
welcome to e2e.
we do not have the spice model for the TXS0108e.
we do have it for the TXS0101 in the sw/tools folder on the product page.

Hi,

How I can use TXS0101 Hspice model in LTSpice? Whem I try to use this Hspice model in LTspice I get this error "Fatal Error: Trouble converting to curly brace notation: Mismatched single quotes "in<:e2adm#V+92F61\k!m[2WD#{<F=3t5z=fqp/-,9/3Xj+-9*#%*loWy<=<q[D>4\$f9tkl"". Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am not an expert in the spice model simulation. I beleive that there are some conversion tools which allow you to do it but I would have to refer you to webench tools team for their opinion.

Hi,

Hspice is not compatible with LTSpice. I am not aware of any conversion tools from Hspice to LTspice.
