Hi Expert
When using SN74LVC1G79 (VCC is 5V, D is pulled up to 5V via a resistor), during power up, before CLK high logic come, the output already output high.
To check more, Pin D and Pin CLK are both floated, then it is found after power up 7ms, the output was latched at high.
Is these phenomenon correct? Could you please help look into this?
