SN74LVC1G14-Q1: part marking

Part Number: SN74LVC1G14-Q1

Hello,

I noticed that there are several part markings for this device available.

(C145, C14F, C14J, C14K, C14R) (C14H, C14S)..

Can you give some details on the meaning of this marking? What is the difference between CF5 and CFS?

Thanks a lot for the support.

Mat

  • Hi Mat,

Since the device is tiny and don't have the space to have the full marking, there are part markings which correspond to the device names.
They also indicate to us about the date of manufacturing and the backend process for manufacturing.

you can look up the marking for all devices here:
    www.ti.com/.../partlookup.tsp

Is there any concern on the device marking?
