TXB0108: not working with ULN2003

I am connecting TXB0108 ,1.5 V to 5 V translated output to ULN2003 IC but as soon as I connect this IC, voltage is getting drop from 5 V to 0.Kindly advice.

    Hi Amrita,

    Please send out the scopeshots of the input/ output of the TXB0108 before and after connecting the ULN device. Please also include the schematics of the application.
    What is the loading on the output once the ULN is connected?

    I looked into the ULN2003 input leakage current spec and it lists max of 1.35mA. The TXB0108 is not designed to support such high loading at the output.
    You should switch to SN74LVC8T245 for such applications which is designed to support up to 32mA per channel drive.
    1.5V input Vih level will work for Vccx at 1.65V.
    Let me know if this works.
