CD4060B: CD4060B outputs a frequency of about 2K

How come the output frequency of this circuit is only 20HZ? I want to output a frequency of about 2K. How to adjust the parameters，The parameters I have used so far are shown in the schematic

Hello,
The minimum oscillator frequency at 15V is listed as 690 kHz.

Are you looking to get a 2 kHz output, or a 2 kHz clock frequency?
