SN74LVC1T45: the reasons of the B pin short to GND

HI, TI support team,

My customer is using SN74LVC1T45 as level translator. The VCCA and VCCB voltages are compliance with the requirements of the SN74LVC1T45 datasheet. But the B pin of the SN74LVC1T45 is always short to GND. Could you advise some possible reasons can lead to this phenomenon?

Hi Amy,

What do you mean by B pin is always short to gnd? What is the Vdd1 voltage level?
What is the DIR pin setting or voltage level?
