TXS0108E: level shift different with SN74LVC8245

The TXS uses passive switches, which allows automatic direction sensing in each channel, but the driving device must have enough drive strength to sink the current through the pull-up resistors, and the TXS itself does not actively drive high-level outputs.

Use the TXS when you need the automatic direction sensing, or if some lines are in a different direction. Otherwise, use the SN74LVC8T245.
