Hello,

I am looking for OR gate ASIC with 3V to 16V operating voltage. Basically I need to OR 14 signals and need one output with operating voltage.

The only logic family for voltages above 5 V is CD4000.

The search function gives you several devices; for 14 inputs, you have to combine multiples ones.

What is the application and what are the 14 signals which need combining? Would all the signals operate at the same voltage level?
As Clemens suggested, CD4K devices support such high voltage range from 3- 18V.
