My customer is asking the input impedance of SN74LVC07A, it is not listed in datasheet may I have this information?

Vincent,

The input impedance can be calculated by ohms law R= V/I.
Where I is the leakage current into/out of the input pin and V is the input voltage.
From the datasheet, the R can be approximated to be ~1Mohm ( 5.5/5uA).
This is the worst case input impedance and usually it is higher than this number for CMOS devices.
