SN74LVC1T45 input is 125Hz TOV signal from IMU Stim300. And SN74LVC1T45 output is FPGA.

The frequency is low enough and shouldnt be a concern.
have you tried another device preferably from a different shipped order?

I have tried it but still too much noise.And when I use MOS Conversion Circuit it works good.

What is that MOS conversion circuit? Is it only using the FET transistors to enable translation?
