Part Number: SN74AHC1G08

We Used TI part# 74AHC1G08IDBV in our design. Since this part was obsolete we are looking for its replacement. We asked TI but got reply,

' ''I' in 74AHC1G08IDBV might be an error. Most likely the distributor should be able to provide the datasheet as well.'

If somebody have datasheet of part# 74AHC1G08IDBV then please kindly share.

    Hi Prashant,
    The actual part number is SN74AHC1G08IDBVRSV -- which is no longer available due to lack of interest from customers.

    The SN74AHC1G08 is still available, but the "I" (industrial temperature) variant is not.

    This is probably because the device has been temperature extended to support a larger range (-55C to +125C), so all of the devices on the datasheet support that range. You can use SN74AHC1G08DBVR for the orderable part number.
