Hello,

1. Assuming this device acts as a level translator between an FPGA (3.3V) and C6654 DSP (1.8), what is the estimated current per I/O and power drawn by the device? Ballpark. Wasn't sure how to estimate.

2. I see that if one supply is 0V and the other is at its level, the outputs are high impedance. But what if one of the supplies isn't there? The DSP maybe powered down for example. Is that considered 0V when there is no voltage present? If some leakage value is present I was concerned if it will affect the device
