Hi Engineer,

We need to have 12 signals need to go through the AND gate logic output, see up to 4 channels and 2 inputs, such as the following two:
Which two chips are more advantageous?

Due to the compact space of the board, it is desirable to use a small package, as follows;
If you have other models, please help recommend it.

What is the operating voltage?

I would recommend using the SN74ALS133; 13 input positive NAND gate. The output can pass through another inverter like the SN74LVC1G04 to form AND gate. This will be a 2-chip solution. The overall size may be close to 60mm2.
you can also work with two of the SN74LV21A or the SN74HC21 device, if power savings are of concern.
