Hello Team , can you please let us know what shall be the leakage current on the B side input and output pins when Vcc B= 0 

And VccA = 1.2V with IC enabled .

also what is the same leakage current on the A side input out pins in reverse case when VccB= 3.3 , OE tied to VccB and VccA = 0V

    Hi Shreenidhi,

    What is the application for this device?
    We have released SN74AXC4T245 which is P2P with the SN74AVC4T245 and is more robust device with better features.

    According to the datasheet, the device supports Ioff and hence the leakage from the IO ports is limited to 5uA across PVT.
