SN74LVC1G17: checking on Voh spec

HI Team, 

 

Would you happen to know what the Voh variation is over temp and process(part to part) on a set 16mA load?

The data sheet has a 2.4V min. Voh at 3V Vcc when driving a 16mA load.  

The  600mV drop from Vcc to Voh is due to the IR drop of the Rdson of the top FET?.

Is there another buffer that has better driving capability to get some more margin?
