TXB0102: power supply

Hello,

my question is-

will TXB0102DCUR level transistor work if we don't supply 2.5V and 3.3V dc to device only we are supply input voltage to the device.?

The datasheet says:

V_CC Isolation Feature – If Either V_CC Input Is at GND, All Outputs Are in the High-Impedance State

And even if V_CC is not forced to GND but floating, the device is not guaranteed to work:

Hi ladisch,

thanks for replying but i wanted to know-
does it affect the reliability of the device if we do not supply vcc ?if it does then what will the problem for device?

As long as you do not exceed the absolute maximum ratings, there will be no permanent damage.
