Hi Sharon,

We have the HSPICE model for the LSF0204 but not the IBIS model.
The IBIS models are suitable for buffered type of devices and the LSF is a passive device with NFET inside.
You can use a FET based model to closely simulate the LSF behaviour.

Hi Sharon,

The buffered translator usually doesnt come close to the passive translator's tpd specs.
I would recommend to consider using the SN74AXC4T245. Let me know what are the voltage levels.

1.2V and 1.8V can be supported by the AXC device.
