I could not find the part number SN74LVC1G79DBVTE4 at all in our records.
If you need the SN74LVC1G79DBV in a 'small reel' (T code, 250 units each) and RoHS compliant, then there are two options for the orderable part number. These are listed in the datasheet in the Package Option Addendum, which is after the main body of the datasheet specifications, and before any of the mechanical drawings.
We do not have any plans to EOL the SN74LVC1G79 in the DBV package. Our official statement on EOL is available here:
