SN74LVC2G14: looking a part with OE function

Hi team,

We used the SN74LVC2G14 before.

However, we want a inverter with a OE(output enable) function.

  • VCC : 5V
  • Enable control signal : 1.8~3.3V
  • 2 channel

Do you have any recommend part?

    Hi Zoe,
    No, there aren't any logic devices that do everything that you're asking for (schmitt-trigger inputs + 1.8V to 5V voltage translation + output enable + inverter).

    To achieve this combination with 1.8V input and 5V output, you will need:

    Logic stage:
    SN74LVC2G14 - 2-channel schmitt-trigger inverter
    Output stage:
    SN74LVC2T45 - 2-channel dual supply translator capable of 1.8V input and 5V output, including 3-state outputs
