TXS0102: TXS0102DCT part marking "Z" in second line

Part Number: TXS0102

Does anyone know what the "Z" in the second line of a TI part marking indicates?

The website shows the marking for TXS0102DCTR should be:

"NFE"

"Z"

The parts I have are marked with:

"NFE"

"8AR"

Does the Z just indicate that there are a second line of markings?

  • Hi Robert, and welcome to the forums!
NFE is the device code, indicating that this is a TXS0102.

8AR is the combined date code and site code -- it allows us to determine when and where the part was made. The R indicates that this was made at a different site than if it had a Z.
