I only see ESD CDM & HBD from 2N7001T datasheet, and how about machine mode(MM)?

Could you please help to provide it?

Hi Anne,

We do not spec the machine model for the new releases and hence not spec it in the datasheet.

Hi Anne,

We (TI) moved away from machine model ESD testing and there is no plan on doing MM esd going forward for new device development.
If customer required, we might have to raise a separate request with a business case and other related information.
