May I know the max of Voh when Vcc=3.3V?
If VCC=3.3V, MIN_VOH=2.6V based on another E2E forum , but how about MAX_VOH=?

The other possible meaning of your question is that you need to know the maximum input voltage of the device. This is listed separately as "VI" in the recommended operating conditions table. For this device, the maximum recommended input voltage is 5.5 V.
