Dear *,

1) can the EN pin  E3 be direct connected to VCCA?

2) We are not using pins A3(WP), B2(CD), E2(CLK-F) what is the proper connection leave floating or connect to GND?

    Hi D,

    I would advise to have all the unused IO ports at gnd.
    Yes, the OE / Enable pins can be connected to gnd or vcca without pullup or pulldown. They are CMOS inputs and consume very little leakage current.
    CD, WP,CLk-f is output and has internal pullup and can be left unconnected.
