Hi,
1)I would like to the minimum output pulse width that can be obtained from this device.
2) Is it possible to get pulse width of 5ns,if so what are the values of Rext and Cext that i should choose
Thanks

Hello Saiga,
The datasheet lists a minimum external timing resistance of 1 kΩ at 5V operation in the recommended operating conditions:
And it lists the output pulse width information with a 2 kΩ resistor in the Switching Characteristics table:
Given the equation for the output pulse of t_wOUT = K * R * C, you can determine the minimum output pulse width with a 28 pF load to be ~75ns (min) to 90ns (max).
I can only guarantee the specs in the datasheet, however it's possible to get shorter pulses by reducing the capacitance at the output. It's unrealistic to expect a capacitance below 5pF, even with very careful routing and an extremely small load capacitance, so I'll use that value to estimate the minimum pulse width:
t_wOUT(min) ~= (5/28) * 75ns (min) and (5/28) * 90ns (max)
t_wOUT(min) ~= 13.4ns (min) and 16.1ns (max)
