Hey Charles,
Sorry it took me a bit to dig this up.

I found that this device has the following ratings:

HBM: 500V
MM: 250V
CDM: 2kV

Hi Charles,
This data is usually provided in the datasheet. If it is not, your only option is to post on here.

I would recommend moving your customers to newer devices -- the SN74LS05 is one of the original logic families from the 1960s -- now about 60 years old.... there's a lot of better options available!
