Hi Sir,

I plan to cascade 2 pcs of SN74LVC3G07 for 20 inches routing in SPI interface, is it OK? and how to placement these 2 pcs buffer, please advice.

And what does it means for IOL and why there is to result (16mA/24mA) when VCC=3V? what is the different?

The '07 has open-drain outputs. For push/pull signals like SPI, it would be a better idea to use SN74LVC3G34 (or SN74LVC3G17 if the rise/fall rate might become too slow).

The Electrical Characteristics table specifies different voltage drops for those two output currents.

Yes, but if you have a single SPI slave device, a buffer at the start of the trace should be enough.

20 inches is long enough to see transmission line effects; see the section "Proper Termination of Outputs" in the LVC Designer's Guide (SCBA010) for how to handle those.
